Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with a tracking number when it ships.

Delivery time

Orders to the United States are typically delivered within 5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, contact us at support@hokuzo.com.

Multiple packages

Orders with several items may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. You'll receive tracking for each package.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can update the address only before the order ships. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, contact us and we'll resolve it with a replacement or refund.

Customs and duties

For orders shipped to the United States, prices include any import duties. For other destinations, local duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
